Job summary

Onward Education, partnered with a Fairfield County district in Connecticut, seeks a BCBA to provide behavioral support across multiple school sites for the 2026-2027 school year. The role oversees a caseload, conducts FBAs, and develops BIPs to support students.

You will collect data, train staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation and district/state compliance. CT DPH license and BACB-BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• CT DPH license is required.
• BCBA certification (BACB) is required.
• Experience in schools with behavioral interventions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
• Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and staff.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education staff and administrators.
• Deliver training and coaching for paraprofessionals and teachers on behavioral strategies and data collection.
• Maintain documentation and ensure district/state compliance.
