Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Western Massachusetts seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team within the Community Wraparound Program.

You will provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, complete comprehensive assessments, and create individualized treatment plans while coaching families and staff to implement positive behavior supports in natural environments.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and master’s degree required.
• Experience in ABA and developmental disabilities or autism.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide services across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Train and coach caregivers, direct support professionals, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor progress through data collection and update plans accordingly.
• Ensure timely documentation of plan updates and assessments.
• Collaborate with families and external providers for consistent care.
