What You Will Do:
As a BCBA in BHN's Community Wraparound Program, you'll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will complete comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide coaching and support to families and direct staff in implementing positive behavior support strategies across natural environments.

Experience providing ABA services and working with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders Passionate about supporting individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds Strong documentation, training, and communication skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area (required)
