Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Western Massachusetts seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team within the Community Wraparound Program.
You will provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, complete comprehensive assessments, and create individualized treatment plans while coaching families and staff to implement positive behavior supports in natural environments.

As a BCBA in BHN’s Community Wraparound Program, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will complete comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide coaching and support to families and direct staff in implementing positive behavior support strategies across natural environments.

Pay Range: "Pay: $87,300-90,000.00"
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (Flexible schedule based on needs of clients) 40-hour work week
