Pho Prime, LLC in Fall River, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, using assent-based treatment and partnering with families for success. Our clinicians operate within LEARN Behavioral’s collaborative network and offer substantial support.

You will supervise clinicians, write reports, conduct clinical reviews, and participate in regular trainings and regional meetings.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
