Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and IL Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• 3+ years leading or mentoring RBT teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 4–5 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 22 hours.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to BCBAs to develop clinical, professional, management, and leadership skills.
• Lead staff management using organizational behavior management techniques to reduce turnover.
• Implement quality assurance measures for clinical staff to meet goals.
• Plan and co-present monthly group parent training and staff training.
