Autism Learning Partners is a clinician-led organization where BCBA leaders guide clinical decisions to support clients and families. BCBA certification through BACB is required, with hybrid scheduling and the option for up to 50% remote work for in-home cases.

The role offers a salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and potential monthly bonuses up to $21,600. Comprehensive onboarding, benefits, and 23 days of paid time off from Day 1 support work-life balance.

Formación

• BCBA certification required by BACB.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meets ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation.
