Job summary

Affinity Autism Services in Utah County seeks a BCBA to join our Lindon or Saratoga Springs clinic. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with schools and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with experience in autism services.
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP or similar assessments.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.

• Complete FBAs and BSPs.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA at Affinity Autism Services, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families achieve meaningful outcomes by:

• Conducting assessments, including VB-MAPP and other clinically appropriate evaluations
• Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Supervising, mentoring, and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Providing caregiver and family training
• Collaborating with schools, providers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining BACB ethical standards and implementing evidence-based practices
