Job summary
Neurobehavioral Center for Growth (NBCG) is seeking BCBA professionals to deliver assent-based ABA within a multidisciplinary, client-centered practice in Utah. You will guide treatment plans and supervise RBTs, working with psychologists, SLPs, school psychologists, and therapists to ensure ethical, dignified care.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field and BCBA licensure in good standing.
- Meets BACB supervision standards; supervision available.
- Commitment to assent-based, person-centered ABA.
- Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update individualized, client-centered treatment plans.
- Train, support, and supervise RBTs; conduct competency assessments.
- Provide caregiver coaching and build strong family partnerships.
- Complete clear session notes and monthly progress reports.
- Uphold NBCG’s ethical, inclusive workplace standards and contribute to a positive culture.
