Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is looking for a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide quality ABA therapy to families in the southern New Mexico area. This position can be part-time or full-time, offering a chance to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise a dedicated team.

Ideal candidates will hold valid BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field, and possess excellent communication skills. A strong commitment to ethical practices and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and oversee ABA programs.
• Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs.
