Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our New Mexico team. This role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling and an hourly rate of $75–$85, with remote work across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

You'll conduct functional assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to deliver individualized ABA services. Commitment to ethics and ongoing mentorship is supported.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active NM Behavior Analyst License in good standing.
• Active NM Medicaid Provider ID.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes, schools, clinics, and community settings as needed.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and maintain eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and skill-based evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians and behavior technicians
• Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, physicians, and other service providers
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines
• Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, state requirements, and company policies
• Provide Remote services in home, school, clinic, community, and remote settings as appropriate
• Support the continued growth of services throughout New Mexico
