Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Las Cruces, NM seeks a highly motivated BCBA to lead clinical services and mentor a team of RBTs. You will develop and supervise ABA programs, ensure fidelity to BCBA standards, and collaborate closely with families to support client progress.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, with strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and interventions, emphasizing BCBA standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of BCBA ethical and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on client needs, ensuring BCBA standards are met.
• Develop, implement, and oversee ABA programs with fidelity following BCBA protocols.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing guidance and ongoing professional development under BCBA supervision.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis; adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure cohesive care.
• Maintain open communication with families with regular progress updates.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and BCBA regulations.
