Step Forward ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical services and supervision in Colorado. The role emphasizes developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaboration with a diverse team of professionals.

Applicants should hold BCBA certification and state licensure, with a minimum of two years of experience with individuals who have developmental needs.

Competenze

• Master's degree or national equivalent in a relevant field.
• Valid BCBA certification and state licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with special needs across ages.
• Willingness to travel; eligible for private and federally funded insurance programs.
• Medicaid and Tri-Care credentials preferred; CPR/BLS certifications recommended.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans with data collection and record maintenance.
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, and LABAs; perform competency assessments and support staff.
• Deliver direct services to clients of all ages and abilities with ethical, tailored approaches.
• Communicate effectively with clients, parents, staff, outside professionals, and other therapists.
