Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Saint Louis is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families. This full-time role offers a strong base salary and additional earning opportunities tied to productivity, with a manageable caseload.

You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, provide supervision, train RBTs, and partner with parents.

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
State licensure, where required.
Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients.
Work closely with families, RBTs, and your broader clinical team.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
