Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and advance treatment for children and families. You will work with RBTs, families, and a broader clinical team to plan and supervise ABA services.

The role offers in-person or hybrid work options with a focus on clinical quality, caregiver training, and program development. A strong BCBA background, licensure as required, and commitment to evidence-based care are essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.
• Proven ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and modify protocols as needed.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
