Golden Steps ABA, LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and collaborate with families, RBTs, and the broader team.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise and coach RBTs, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality data-driven care while supporting professional growth and credentialing. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
