Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field required.
• Previous ABA Experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure intervention effectiveness.
