Job summary

McCulloh Consulting in Southgate, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs for children and families. You will design and supervise treatment plans, collaborate with a treatment team, and ensure compassionate, data-driven care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or Masters with ABA coursework is required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual/multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans.
• Develop new programs and adjust existing ones based on ongoing assessment.
• Collaborate with a treatment team including directors, parents, and other support networks.
• Provide training, supervision, and support to clinicians and therapists.
• Maintain open communication with funding sources regarding client progress.
• Balance a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory duties.
