Qualifications

• BCBA certification or Master's degree and completion of ABA coursework.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized treatment plans and behavioral support plans.
• Develop new programs and adjust current programs as necessary.
• Collaborate with treatment team to review case progress.
• Provide training and support for clinicians and therapists.
• Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress and authorizations.
• Maintain billable hours alongside supervisory duties.
