Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support and training to our clients and their families. Location: Avid ABA - Westland

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 / year

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment goals.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans as needed.
• Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA preferred.
