Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Watseka, Illinois. In this full-time role, you will design and supervise ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental needs. Collaborate with RBTs and families, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active and current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA preferred.
• Ability to manage a remote caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
