Qualifications

• Active and current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide training to RBTs and team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
