Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. You will design, implement, and supervise ABA-based programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

The position requires BCBA certification, a master’s degree, and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Occasional travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks is required to support clients and train staff.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection.
• Travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks for direct client support, meetings, and training.
