Job summary
BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Decatur, Illinois. In this role, you will design and implement ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. You should have a Master’s degree in a related field and current BCBA certification, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The position involves travel to San Antonio every 8 weeks for client support and training. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred).
Willingness and ability to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks.
Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members.
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
