Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Decatur, Illinois. In this role, you will design and implement ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. You should have a Master’s degree in a related field and current BCBA certification, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The position involves travel to San Antonio every 8 weeks for client support and training. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred).
• Willingness and ability to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
