Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and supervise ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.

The role involves conducting assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The salary range is competitive, between $75,000 and $85,000 annually, with benefits including travel reimbursement and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to clients' needs.
