ABA Centers of Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise behavior-analytic services in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves designing and overseeing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, and supervising RBTs and caregivers to ensure high-quality care for children and families.

The position requires an active BCBA certification and a Master’s degree, with licensure steps initiated as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is preferred.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of ABA programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
