The platform is designed to offer parents and caregivers the support they need while simplifying workflows for providers. Our mission is to improve lives through accessibility, innovation, and compassionate care.

As a BCBA in our clinic, you will:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developmental assessments for children ages 2–14+.
  • Create individualized intervention plans rooted in evidence-based ABA and early learning best practices.
  • Train, coach, and supervise RBTs and student therapists to deliver high-quality instructional and behavioral programming.
  • Implement naturalistic teaching strategies (e.g., NET, PRT, ESDM principles, play-based instruction).
  • Collaborate with families to build functional communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
  • Support smooth transitions between clinic, home, and school settings.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust programming.
  • Contribute to an environment that values compassion, equity, and dignity for children and families.
  • Participate in treatment planning meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration (OT/ST as needed).
  • Document services in compliance with Medicaid, commercial insurance, and clinical standards.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
  • Experience in early intervention (preferred, not required).
  • Strong instructional coaching skills with RBTs and early-career clinicians.
  • Excellent communication and family coaching skills.
  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for working in a purpose-driven clinic.
  • Comfort working within a team environment with high transparency and collaboration.
