Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Florida to lead ABA programs for children and supervise RBTs in centers and community settings.

You will assess client needs, develop individualized ABA plans, monitor progress, and work closely with families and a large team of credentialed clinicians under BCBA leadership. This is a collaborative, growth-oriented opportunity with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and BCBA certification essential.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians is expected.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying understanding of ABA.
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming to children 18 months–12 years old.
• Conduct assessments for client needs.
• Develop ABA programming tailored to clients.
• Supervise RBTs and provide training to caregivers.
• Provide in-home or community-based wraparound services as needed.
• Collaborate with parents/guardians for progress.
