The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lees Summit, MO to lead ABA programs for individuals with disabilities. You will observe clients of varying ages, design behavior support plans, and supervise ABA Specialists, RBTs, and practicum students to ensure high-quality treatment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Missouri Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA) in good standing.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behavior assessments using validated procedures.
• Construct graphs using Microsoft Excel and analyze data for treatment decisions.
• Provide supervision to ABA Specialists, RBTs, and practicum students.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans and skills acquisition programming.
• Train caregivers and staff on ABA techniques and treatment fidelity.
