Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for individuals with disabilities. You will design data-based behavior support plans, supervise staff, and coach caregivers to implement programming with fidelity.

You will observe clients of various ages and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote independence. Compensation includes a starting salary around $71,240/year with an added $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires,

Qualifications

• One year of professional experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric disorders.
• Master’s Degree with specialization in behavior analysis, education, or psychology.
• Current BCBA certification and Missouri LBA licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behavior assessments and validated assessment procedures.
• Construct graphs using Excel and analyze data for treatment decisions.
• Train caregivers to implement programming and monitor fidelity.
• Provide supervision to ABA Specialists, RBTs, practicum students, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings with clients, families, and staff.
