Texas ABA Centers in Katy, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee behavior-analytic programs for children and families. You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct functional and preference assessments, and lead BCBA certification supervision weekly.

The role requires a Master’s degree and active BCBA certification, with LBA preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are needed to service multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
