Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Richmond, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children with autism. You will work with RBTs and caregivers to ensure high-quality interventions and data-driven outcomes.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of 100,000 to 120,000 per year, relocation up to 15K, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required and to be maintained.
• Initiate state licensure process before start date as applicable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities as required.
