Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants Inc. (TLC) seeks a BCBA/BCaBA-qualified Behavior Analyst for a part-time role with potential for full-time. The candidate will supervise staff and design ABA-based intervention plans for children with autism, using DTT, Verbal Behavior, and NET techniques.

Strong communication skills and prior experience with VB-MAPP/Vineland are valued. The organization offers a competitive benefits package and supportive work environment in the Bay Area and Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA/BCaBA certification or eligibility.
• Graduate degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education; BCBA preferred.
• Enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework for supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of direct staff.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA-based programs.
• Experience with DTT, Verbal Behavior, NET.
• Experience with VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments is a plus.
• Write quarterly progress reports.
• Interact with funding source contacts.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Provide parent training.
• Ongoing and new hire training.
