Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants Inc. (TLC) seeks a BCBA/BCaBA-qualified Behavior Analyst for a part-time role with potential for full-time. The candidate will supervise staff and design ABA-based intervention plans for children with autism, using DTT, Verbal Behavior, and NET techniques.

Qualifications

• Write quarterly progress reports.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) M.A. degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education and enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework will be considered for supervisor role. BCBA preferred Graduate degree in Psychology, Education or related field 1+ years supervisory experience. At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• The ideal candidate has experience with Systematic Teaching (DTT), Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET)
• Experience with VB-MAPP and Vineland standardized assessments a plus
• Write quarterly progress reports
• Interact with funding source contacts
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's)
• Provide parent training
• Ongoing and new hire training.
