Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) is hiring Behavior Technicians in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. The role focuses on applying ABA strategies to support children with Autism under supervision.

Your work will include designing and adjusting behavior plans, training families, and collaborating with funding sources. Ideal candidates hold BCBA/BCaBA credentials or are pursuing BCBA coursework, with a strong background in ABA, DTT, NET, and VB-MAPP/Vineland knowledge.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification required or willingness to enroll in BCBA coursework.
• Master's degree in related field and eligible for supervisor role.
• Minimum 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA; 1+ year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct staff and implement individualized ABA programs.
• Develop behavior intervention plans (DTT, VB, NET) based on child needs.
• Use VB-MAPP/Vineland assessments awareness; write progress reports.
• Coordinate with funding sources and conduct FBA assessments.
• Provide parent training and oversee ongoing staff training.
