Therapeutic Learning Consultants Inc. (TLC) seeks a motivated BCBA/BCaBA to join our behavioral health team serving children with Autism in the Bay Area.

The position is part-time with potential to become full-time and offers hands-on training to staff and families in ABA methods. Responsibilities include supervising direct staff, developing individualized intervention programs, conducting FBA, writing progress reports, and training parents.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification required; BCBA preferred.
• MA in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education; enrollment in BCBA coursework considered for supervisor role.
• Graduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience and at least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of direct staff.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child's needs using ABA.
• Experience with DTT, Verbal Behavior, and NET.
• VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments a plus.
• Write quarterly progress reports.
• Interact with funding source contacts.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's).
• Provide parent training.
• Ongoing and new hire training.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
• M.A. degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education and enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework will be considered for supervisor role. BCBA preferred
• Graduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• 1 + years of supervisory experience. At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• The ideal candidate has experience with Systematic Teaching (DTT), Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET)

• Interact with funding source contacts
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's)
• Provide parent training
