Shining Steps ABA LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA treatment plans and collaborate with families, schools, and caregivers. You will supervise RBTs, conduct VB‑MAPP/ABLLS‑R assessments, and ensure ethical, high‑quality care across cases.

The role emphasizes strong clinical leadership, detailed documentation, and ongoing professional development to advance your career within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands‑on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
