Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA program design, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools. The role emphasizes ethical practice, comprehensive assessments, and ongoing client progress meetings.

The BCBA will oversee treatment plans, mentor staff, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture focused on outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
