New Patterns ABA in New Haven, CT is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our per diem team. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disorders, delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with ASD and related developmental disorders
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and data collection to inform treatment planning
• Develop and modify behavioral interventions to address client goals and needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practices in ABA therapy
