Job summary

New Patterns ABA – CT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy across Connecticut. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy to support skill acquisition and independence.

You will monitor progress using data-driven approaches, collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, and maintain meticulous records to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB
• Master's in ABA/related field
• Professional ABA therapy experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with multidisciplinary team
• Provide ongoing ABA therapy sessions to promote skill acquisition and independence
