New Patterns ABA - CT is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for per diem in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Greenwich, Connecticut. Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Experience delivering in-home and community-based ABA therapy
• Experience with ASD and developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide in-home and community-based behavioral assessments, skill acquisition training, and skill maintenance strategies
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans
• Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, treatment plans, and data collection
• Participate in staffing meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services
• Demonstrate a commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in all aspects of practice
