Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Manassas, VA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will design and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, collaborating with our clinical support team to minimize administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or eligibility to sit for the exam within 3 months).
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and discretion.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism.
• Share in clients' achievements as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Support families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to technicians and staff.
• Assist with session activities and maintain pace with children during sessions.
