Job summary

View Point Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA interventions in the Autism Crisis Stabilization Unit in Conyers, GA. You will supervise RBTs, train staff on Behavior Support Plans, and coordinate with families to review weekly progress.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field and BCBA certification, with adherence to BACB ethics. Experience in crisis stabilization is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification and BACB compliance.
• Maintain good standing with the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Attend interdisciplinary treatment team daily.
• Oversee ABA interventions for the unit clients.
• Provide training on Behavior Support Plan with staff.
• Coordinate with parents/guardians to share progress.
• Ensure compliance with DBHDD regulations and standards.
• Supervise RBTs per BACB supervision requirements.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop behavior programs.
• Design skill acquisition programs for communication, independence and social skills.
• Provide parental training for post-discharge continuity.
