Key Autism Services in Conyers, GA is seeking a BCBA for a center-based role supporting clients with autism. You will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and supervise BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Educación

BCBA certification

LABA certification

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

Safety Care Specialist certification (ability to obtain)
