ABA Centers of Georgia in Woodstock, GA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and monitor behavior-analytic programs for children with autism. Strong candidates hold a Master's degree and an active BCBA certification, with the ability to initiate state licensure if required and maintain clean background checks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
