Job summary

Elmtree ABA Services, LLC in Boston, MA seeks a BCBA to manage a caseload, conduct behavioral and skills assessments, design treatment protocols and supervise technicians. You will adjust plans based on data, collaborate with professionals, and train caregivers.

The role emphasizes oversight of home, community and school programs, timely documentation, and ongoing supervision meetings with staff. Mentorship and CEU support are provided.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA in good standing with BACB.
• Current LABA license in MA in good standing.
• At least 2+ years as a BCBA with supervisory experience with children/adolescents with ASD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be organized, reliable, positive, collaborative, and hardworking.
• Day and early evening availability (8 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri).
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and/or PECS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supervises behavioral assessments and functional measures.
• Develops individualized goals for home/community/school programs and designs behavior plans.
• Ensures data collection systems capture quantifiable behavior data for ongoing evaluation.
• Trains Behavioral Technicians on program implementation, data collection, and reporting.
• Conducts caregiver/teacher training and consultation.
• Leads ongoing supervision meetings with Behavioral Technicians.
• Collaborates with the Elmtree clinical team and communicates progress.
• Completes documentation timely as requested by the Director.
• Maintains billable caseload and documents billable hours.
• Prepares written reports for parents, caregivers, and agency staff.
• Acts as team leader and collaborates with caregivers and technicians.
• Provides mentorship and uses travel reimbursement and equipment provided by the company.
