Job summary

TEEMA in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized ABA treatment plans. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and caregivers and coordinate with the broader ABA team to ensure consistent care and patient progress.

This role requires a Master’s in Psychology, BCBA certification, and at least two years of related experience. You will train staff, conduct supervision, prepare progress and IEP-related reports, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field
• Current BCBA certification through BACB or LPA licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct supervision of patients via in-person sessions or telehealth.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed per treatment plans.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure adherence to policies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation.
