Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. seeks a Clinic ABA Director to lead and mentor an ABA team of BCBAs, RBTs, and students in Lockport, IL.

You will oversee assessments, program development, documentation, and adherence to BACB and CASP guidelines while advancing clinical excellence. In this leadership role, you’ll drive staff development, conduct regular coaching, streamline operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and achieve strong

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years ABA experience as a BCBA.
• At least 1 year supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing ABA team through coaching and reviews.
• Mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and fieldwork students; supervise hours per guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care; review progress and update programs.
• Ensure operational excellence; manage timecards, onboarding, and compliance.
