Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy services in Maryland.

The role includes assessments, behavior plan development, treatment supervision, and progress monitoring with families and professionals. Responsibilities include data-driven decision making, collaboration, staff training, and ensuring ethical practice per BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Maryland license.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and interventions.
• Experience with functional behavior assessments and behavior plans.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Experience with online data collection programs is preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and train staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with laws and BACB guidelines.
• Background check required and physical ability described.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate to identify client needs and intervention targets.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals for behavior and skills.
• supervise implementation and ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide training and ongoing supervision to staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Conduct re-assessments and update goals as needed.
