Job summary

TEEMA in Riverside, CA seeks a Behavior Analyst to create and oversee ABA treatment plans, lead a team of Behavior Technicians, and coordinate care with families and other providers. You will supervise sessions, monitor progress, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology or related field, current BCBA certification or LPA licensure, and at least 2 years of experience. Travel to various sites is expected; relocation and bonus opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB or LPA licensure required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, families, and caregivers.
• Supervise patients in caseload via in-person or telehealth sessions.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Coordinate with technicians, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and other documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates in team meetings.
• Prepare progress reports and IEP goals with support from leadership.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and administrative tracking.
